The song is one I plan to have played at my funeral! What links it to this time is the irony of wanting to get away when we can’t go anywhere. The futility of it has made me smile on dark days and reminded me I can always retreat to ‘the land of my dreams’.

It’s haunting but somehow uplifting, because there is always escape, even if it’s only in my head.
