Hello!
I play with the Taunton Ukulele Strummers Club (TUSC). Before lockdown we would meet every Monday evening in The Constitutional Club, Bishop’s Hull, Taunton. Typically there would be up to 40 of us. We had a lot of fun playing songs, making friends and imbibing a dram or two. For the last year we have been getting together at the same time each week via a Zoom meeting. The time delay means we can’t play together live, but instead individuals take turns to play a song, while everyone else can play along – although muted. We are now joined by people who wouldn’t be able to under normal circumstances, including some from Hawaii! I wrote this upbeat song about our Zoom meetings – to the tune of Ain’t She Sweet…
