Sing Together by Liquorice Lounge & Friends

Along with my Liquorice Lounge duo partner Chris Tampsett, I co-wrote an uplifting song, ‘Sing Together,’ inspired by lockdown, about coming together despite the isolation we found ourselves in. I invited friends, family, Paddock Wood residents and the local primary school’s children to record themselves singing along to the rousing chorus, in order to achieve a ‘virtual choir!’ This inspired me to create my fun singing for wellbeing groups, Paddock Wood Community Voices.

I love using sounds of nature in my songs and the birdsong was a real inspiration for this. One thing you can be sure of – you’ll never be alone in the garden!
