Original song composed in Autumn 2020 for the Keele Women’s Community Choir, from a poem by choir member Angela Blanchard with music by choir MD Mary Keith. All parts recorded in isolation, the song reflects the strong desire to see the sea, after being in lockdown in the brick bound, landlocked Midlands. With original urban lockdown photography of Stoke by Tony Weatherall to complement pre-lockdown sea photos from the choir.
