Whilst out on a bike ride Ode To Joy started going through my head and the words Keep Your Distance Wash Your Hands – And When You Cough Please Your Arm stared going through my head. The rest just followed on to give grateful thanks to all those people who were risking their lives to keep the essentials operating – ESPECIALLY the staff of the NHS.
