Lockdown! Simon & Joe Arthy

Deep into the first lockdown I wrote this song for my son and I to sing. I love playing and singing with Joe, and being stuck in the house together gave a perfect excuse to work on something new. I particularly like the fact that in this performance, during his guitar solo one of his strings broke, but he didn’t even break his stride. OK – that was no doubt because there was no way he was going to do another take! But still, I couldn’t help but be massively impressed and not a little humbled at how professional and capable he was. 14 (then) and quite the pro! One proud Dad!!
