Sung in the Cornish language, Gwrello Glaw (Let It Rain) was written by Tanya Brittain to help raise awareness of the Celtic minority language or Kernewek (Cornish).

A Cornish speaker, Tanya has written numerous songs in Cornish to support Kan rag Kernow (Song for Cornwall) and the Cornish entry into the International Pan Celtic Song Competition – which she won in 2015.
