Josefina Echenique - Mañana (letra/lyrics: JJ PARKI)

I wrote the lyrics to Mañana nearly a decade ago when I was working on a project for an independent theatre production (based on the works of a Spanish writer). Unfortunately, the project was cancelled, thus my lyrics for several songs were shelved. Then, during the first lockdown, the opportunity to collaborate with Josefina Echenique came around, and Mañana represents my first collaboration of 2020 and my first lockdown collab. The lyrics are about not allowing impatience to ruin a moment that needs time for consideration. The collaboration represents patience and positivity and the pleasure of collaboration during the pandemic.
