This song about the lockdown was inspired by the Sundays experienced by many of us when we were kids. Those Sundays when nearly all shops shut for the day, you were not allowed to meet up or play out and even if you could there was nowhere to go because most venues were closed although you could take a Sunday stroll. We may have felt that the world, propelled by technology and liberation, had travelled at galactic speed away from those mind-numbing days of childhood boredom….but had it?
