Both before and during the lockdown, the UK has a problem of obesity, children are obese and I also suffer with obesity! In respose to this, the song has an important message WE NEED TO ATEMPT TO CONTROL OUR WEIGHT!
When I was a sensible weight having lost 3 1/2 stone I felt good, and it was at that point I penned this song; Nothing tastes as good as slim feels!
