Medication - Bernhoft and the Fashion Bruises

A few of us went to see a gig by Bernhoft in his native Oslo just before the first Lockdown and this was a standout track that became more poignant with its message of being pulled back from the brink, “when everything is caving in, your whole world falling apart”through the power of love and positivity, “you pull me out”. Bernhoft did a series of gigs live from his garden and in the road in front of his house very early on in lockdown that became a highlight of the week and will forever remind me of those first few weeks when we had no idea what was going to happen. My 6 year old sings along to the album and we often rewatch those gigs as a family.
