'Gold' by Helen Flunder

This is a song and project during the first stages of lockdown in 2020. It is includes a song written about the isolation, sadness and unreal nature of life during this time but also the positives of seeing children's rainbow art in windows, and the amazing human strength of so many, whether to save lives on the front line, go to work in really difficult circumstances, survive really tough times, support others, even cheering people up by doing fun things, etc. It uses the rainbow as a theme and the hope that the gold we are searching for, is something we may discover in new places other than in the chasing of money, perhaps even 'being' the gold, ourselves, if we can. We collected some amazing photos of rainbow art by local children and art, for a song video sharing this x
