The song ‘By the way That’s the Door’ is taken from the album ‘Drinking with Owls’, which was written, recorded and released during lockdown 2020. The album is both a personal and political attempt to make sense of the enforced isolation, fear and frustration of that time, but it is more than a historical document and it’s resonance still remains.
